catching the flu over the weekend most definitely played a role in today’s scale reading. it’s impossible for me to tell how much of the loss is from diet and exercise, and how much is simply from my body trying to fight off the virus. it sure does feel good to see a number so close to 199 though! once my appetite is back up and running and i’m taking in the correct amount of fluids, we’ll see how accurate this weight is.

was 2 days away from finishing month 1 of insanity…
and i caught the flu.
the scale reads 201.8…it looks great and all, but i know it’s just from dehydration :(

this post may upset some of you…but, to the extra sensitive followers i lost for not being active last week:
i am a college student who is on the verge of graduation
i work part time, and i’m involved in extracurricular activities
i get, on average, 600 pages worth of reading per week…
i’m very sorry that i can’t make tumblr the focus of my life right now, or ever. there’s more to my existence than sitting in front of the computer posting pictures of perfect bodies and healthy snacks.
sorry i’ve been gone for what, 5 days?? mature a little bit and get over it. i have obligations just like the next person. im in this for the long run and will lose this weight with or without your virtual support. it’s too bad you’ve already doubted me.

last week just wasnt my week…W-I-M.
shouldve completed month 1 of insanity by now but fell of the bandwagon. starting up again today though and by the end of this week, i will have finished my first month.

I honestly don’t know if today’s reading was accurate. The scale kept throwing a bunch of numbers at me. I saw 205.8, 205.6, 203.8, 204.4 (appeared the most often), 206.2, 205, 205.2…
After a light breakfast of Cheerios it read 205.6, so I’m guessing my weight is about 205 lbs. This makes some sense considering the way I ate practically all of last week, and the mathematical average of all of the weights above = 205.1.
Shooting for 203 next weigh in! Have a healthy day everyone!
